Returns

We do not accept returns, as products are handcrafted and made to order.

Replacement

Replacement is applicable only if:

Product is damaged during transit

Wrong product is delivered

Conditions

Unboxing video is mandatory

Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

No claims will be accepted without video proof

Refunds

No refunds once the order is placed or dispatched.

In rare approved cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
