Welcome to Artisans Aura. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These apply to all users, visitors, and customers.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted, laser-cut wooden mandala frames.

Natural variations in wood grain, shade, or finish are expected and do not qualify as defects.

Product images are for reference only; slight variations may occur due to handmade craftsmanship.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹).

We accept:

Online Payments

Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)

Prices may change without prior notice.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

Products are made to order.

Orders are delivered within 10–15 working days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not allowed, as products are custom-made.

COD orders that are repeatedly refused may be restricted in future.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns are not accepted.

Replacement is provided only for damaged or defective products.

Customers must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible.

No refunds once the order is processed or dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this website belong to Artisans Aura. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under Indian jurisdiction.
